Norridge Commons is a 300,000+/sf open-air shopping center located at the high traffic retail dominant corner of Harlem Avenue and Irving Park Road in Norridge, IL. It is anchored by Bed Bath & Beyond, Michaels, Petco, Shoe Carnival, HH Gregg, Staples, Walgreen’s and K-Mart. Restaurants include Longhorn Steakhouse, Pizza Hut, and IHOP. This strong national line-up makes it the dominant open air shopping center in the Harlem/Irving retail area.

Norridge Commons is immediately across the street from Harlem Irving Plaza (HIP), a 700,000+/sf enclosed Mall anchored by Kohl’s, Target, Carson’s, Best Buy and Sports Authority. HIP is one of the highest volume malls in the Chicago trade area. The center serves a very stable and dense urban/suburban trade area, with a population of 300,000 within a three (3) mile radius with average incomes of $67,174. Significant re-investment is under way in both the residential and commercials properties in the trade area making the Harlem/Irving corridor a dominant retail intersection for generations to come.
