History
Abbell Credit Corporation and its previous entities, began in Chicago in 1941. Currently managed by the 2nd and 3rd generation of Joseph Abbell’s family, Abbell Associates and Abbell Credit Corporation continue the strong family tradition of careful real estate ownership and management.

Opening Doors Since 1941
Abbell Credit Corporation and its previous entities, including most prominently Abbell Investments, began in Chicago in 1941. Maxwell Abbell & Co. began first as an accounting firm, and then expanded to include a law firm; both firms ultimately were combined into a single real estate investment management company.
