Arlington Annex

Arlington Town Square Annex is one part of a two-property upgrade and releasing assignment in downtown Arlington Heights, completed in 2022. It is located one block from the Arlington Town Square mixed use development, and like Arlington Town Square, deferred maintenance and leasing were addressed, to prepare the property for sale. The re-leasing of this smaller project extended existing leases and expanded a major tenant, with a uniquely structured lease that allowed an adjacent law firm, who owned their building, to expand into this property. The property was 100% leased upon sale.
