Arlington Town Square

Arlington Town Square Office, the second level office center, located in the Arlington Town Square the TOD in downtown Arlington Heights, was in need of stabilization when the center was purchased by the new owner, a past client. During the period of ownership, which included Covid and post Covid, we re-leased 60% of the office space, bringing the occupancy to 100% at the time of sale. New tenancy included a med-tech start up, a new-to-market co-working office, and second floor expansion for a first-floor national realtor.

In addition to the successful office leasing, the office center facilities and common areas were upgraded by ABBELL ASSOCIATES, to prepare it for sale.
