Fabyan Crossing

The former owners of Fabyan Crossing hired ABBELL ASSOCIATES in the 3rd Qtr 2016 to do a targeted redevelopment of a former Dominick’s grocery store and adjacent shops, within the larger shopping center. ABBELL provided development services, construction management and leasing services and within two and a half years, the project was complete, with Burlington and Fresh Thyme open, in the totally redeveloped Dominik’s, and the last shop space under negotiation. The owner subsequently sold the property.
