ABBELL ASSOCIATES presented this value-add regional center to the current owner, providing Acquisition Due Diligence, Management and Leasing services. The focus of the redevelopment of the center was re-leasing Kmart, then still operating.

Prior to Kmart finally shutting down, ABBELL lined up prospects, and ultimately leased the area to Amazon, Ross and Bob’s Discount Furniture, at rates that supported the new construction scenario. Additionally, the toughest Jr anchor space in the center was leased during the assignment.
