Westgate Village North

Springboarding off the successful redevelopment of Westgate Village Shopping Center and the recent new development The Shops at Westgate across the street, Abbell Associates has commenced work on 27 acre Westgate Village North, a retail development, which will have direct access from both Secor Rd, facing Home Depot, and Central Ave, facing Costco, TJX and Fresh Market.

Westgate Village North will host new to market retail, restaurant and entertainment brands, seeking the strongest market entry. The former department stores have been demolished and negotiations have begun with a number of top national brands. Opening is scheduled for early 2025.
